Welcome!
We
would like to take a moment to reflect upon and remember those men
and women who have given themselves and their lives to protect and
defend others and to make our world a better place to live. We owe
them a debt of gratitude. We especially thank those fallen members
of the armed forces, as well as those of law enforcement, fire and
emergency services, who have given their lives in defense of our
lives. Thank you also to their families who have also sacrificed
much for our benefit.
John
15:13
(King
James Version)
Greater
love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his
friends.
We
would also like to take a moment to remind you of the sacrifice that
Jesus Christ made for each one of us. He was the Son of God, but
came to dwell among us. He was all powerful, yet humbled himself to
serve us. He was without sin, yet gave himself up to die as an
atonement for our sins, that we may have eternal life.
I
John 4:9-10
(New
International Version)
This
is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son
into the world that we might live through him.
This
is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son
as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
If
you are in need of a Bible, or
